Welcome to the Circle of Stars on line entry. If you have already created an account and are familiar with the on line entry you may skip this page by clicking on the button at the bottom.

1.Create an account by selecting “Create a New Account”. It is suggested only one account per gym per meet. (men all levels on one account or women all levels on one account per gym).

2.Select the meet you would like to register for from the drop down menu. Please note Men and Women are separate meets.
3. Select “Register a New Team”.
4. Enter all Club Information, including coaches. Please complete all information for each coach entered. (note: coaches last name first) Then, “Submit Club Information”.
5. If Club Information saved successfully, select “Roster” and then “Add New Gymnast”. Note: Level 0 = Open Session
6. Complete all information for each gymnast entered. Please Rank each gymnast within their level. (print this page for your records)
7. Select the “Fees” button and complete the form. The number of entries should match your roster.
8. Once fees are completed, “Confirm Registration” and print the invoice. Send hard copy of invoice along with entry payment to the address listed.
